Standard Pilates Packages are for live private lessons, booked either in-studio or online using Zoom. You can use the same package for both in-studio and Zoom lessons. Zoom lessons are great for weeks when you are traveling, your schedule is packed, or you just would rather do your private session from the comfort of home.
Ideally, we will agree to each session location in advance. If you need to switch from in-studio to virtual or vice versa, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment.

- Sessions are 55 minutes long
- 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
