Edmonds Standing Pilates Starts Feb. 12

It’s going to be like recess for your upper body, people!

This 30-minute standing Pilates workout uses the Fletcher Pilates Towel to open your chest and bring a lift to your entire body. By using the towel as an extension of your body, you will release your shoulders and improve spinal mobility. Plus, we’ll pair Pilates breathing with your movement to improve your posture and clear your mind.

In February, this class is donation-based. Proceeds benefit StandUpKids — a nonprofit whose goal is to get every public school child at a standing desk in 10 years. StandUpKids provides education on the health risks associated with sedentary lifestyles and resources on why standing desks create an environment where children can become healthier and more active.

Please bring a cash donation to class, or donate online before class.

Class is currently limited to 6 people.
